I came here to New Holland from Miami and had to get my hair cut. While online I found found Charles Hair, called and found the price was right. A guy named Kurt cut my hair and spent the time working on it until it was perfect! While here I'm definitely going back and I would recommend Charles Hair to anyone who wants their hair done right. The wait can be long, but that is because you will get a top notch hair cut at a very reasonable price. In other words, there is a reason the wait time is a little longer.
I pop in when ever I need a haircut and am on business in Lancaster County. Typically Charles cuts my hair, Joe cuts it if Charles is out or has a wait. Occasionally, If there are more than 4 people waiting, (usually a family), I will leave and come back later in the day.
Wait times can be long but the service is excellent and the prices are very fair.
Waited for 2 hours on a Monday morning. Was told "my partner will be in any minute." waited for another half-hour before leaving.
