I used to be a very happy costumer at Bella, but I had an appointment scheduled for prom and two days before prom they called me and told me their hairdresser was going out of town and i would have to make an appointment somewhere else. this was very difficult considering i had 2 days and their was 4 local proms going on at once. they showed me that they are not reliable and i would no longer use their services.
