Nothing bad to say. My son (6) and I were in and out in 40 min after a 5-10 wait. Cuts were good and affordable, staff was pleasant and helpful.
great clips pilgrim gardens is the worst horrible stylists who do not even attempt to cut your hair and make it look like anything but crap
I like the location, the friendly staff and value priced service. Plus if there is a long wait you can pop over to Panera next door (free Wi-Fi) or browse the Pier 1 a few doors down.
I got a haircut here today and walked out feeling beautiful. Friendly service, with very little wait time (I checked in online before I left my house), and rather then styling my hair how she saw fit (which is what most stylists do at other places), the stylist actually asked for my preferences. Seems like a simple thing, but you'd be surprised how much of a difference it made. She also recommended a product that would make my hair look shinier (I have a dullness issue), and then showed me how to apply the product properly, which was great. Thank you!
At $13 bucks a cut I got exactly what I paid for. Sullen service and the worst haircut of my life. The rotund beauty who assisted me took a huge chunk out the back of my hair - it looks like a rabid woodchuck was gnawing at the back there. For the sake of all humanity's hair I pray this place closes for business soon.
