I went in for waxing, I told her in the beginning, if it wasn't long enough or she wasn't able to get it all to not do it. I was in there for about an hour, the owner? manager? kept coming in and asking what was taking so long or something (of course, not in English, which I find very rude when they're obviously talking about me.) She also dripped wax on my clothes. The lighting was very poor in the room so when she was finished I didn't see much hair left, but when I got outside I noticed there was at least 1/3 of the hair still there! They also charged me almost double what they originally quoted because it took so long. Well, I told her if she couldn't do it, not to, so why was how long it took my problem? Very unhappy, will never return there for any services.
