As a child growing up I always knew that I wanted to be a cosmetologist. Thanks to Empire Beauty school I was able to fulfill my dreams, and it allowed me to make a difference in people’s life everyday. They gave me the proper tools and knowledge I needed. What I loved the most is that they help you prepare for the different challenges in life. Not only do they teach you what is in the curriculum, but also teach the newest trends. We took trips to different beauty shows and competitions. As an ex-student from empire beauty school I can tell you that I had the privilege to compete in one of the biggest competitions in Hershey, PA. The experience was by far the best I had ever witnessed. I competed in the nails section. All though I didn’t win first place, it gave me the confidence I needed to be a better stylist. I wanted to thank the staff and the clients that believed in me and helped me be the successful stylist I am today. If I had the opportunity to experience this again I would definitely choose Empire Beauty school again. Thank you Empire.

my experience in empire was very different then what I expected.. As a male stylist it has changed my way of thinking in style and specially in trying out new things.. Now am a shop manager/owner in florida the shop is called 1badkut. I been employed since the moment I graduated in November 2013 and I been busy ever since. I would like to share that the teachers and the school staff never let you give up in nothing they would stay with you and help you accomplish what you as a person cant even see. i have accomplished a lot if things i never thought i could ever do but i see what my teacher saw in my and today am living that dream that everybody want and everybody dreams about. i want to give thanks to my teachers ms.class, ms.handwork,ms.Roberts who were there for me every step of my journey to my success. and all my friends in my class that believe in me thank you..

As a graduate from Empire Beauty school I must say Empire provided me with excellent education and proper tools to prepare me for the REAL world! I would highly recommend any student pursuing cosmetology to choose Empire. This school is like no other! From the education to the hands on experience it's simply the best way to begin a rewarding career. Horrible! Unfriendly front desk staff, slow service, below average work. The senior students are the technicians conducting services and they are SLOW. Also, they are not being taught how to be professional. I went two times once my wait was 2 hours. On both occasions teachers and students joked around a lot and often talked about each other negatively. Both shampoo experiences were awful. I doubt many of their students make it in the real world. Don't waste your time. Pay a little more elsewhere for a quality experience.

Horrible. I walked out. I waited 45 minutes while they all fought over who was going to do my acrylic nail fill. NO ONE wanted to. The floor manager actually was trying to have them draw straws. I was horrified and humiliated. This was my first and needless to say, my last visit. Would not recommend them to anyone.
