Booked my appointment for 11am. And was not told the place didn't have any parking since they were located in basically a business district. I drove around for ten minutes trying to find parking on the road. Called them and told them what was going on to only be met with a well I can't do your appointment because my next client who's always early just walked in. She only booked my full set with gel for 30 minutes. It takes longer than 30 minutes to do a full set with gel that uses a uv lamp correctly. My appointment was going to be rushed regardless of whether or not I was on time anyways she didn't leave any room or spare time to accommodate my needs as a paying customer.

Absolutely love getting my nails done with Tracy. She does a wonderful job and always has a wide selection of colors.

Was a customer for a long time, and then stopped going. I thought the owner was rude and gossipy. I go to a nail salon for a good manicure and some peace and quiet; I don't want to have a high school "mean girls" experience.

I have been to this salon a few times now and I love it. The nail techs are friendly and professional. The salon itself is clean and modern. I have had gel mainicures and pedicures and every time they have come out perfect. This salon is about a 35 minute drive from my house. Well worth it!!! I am hooked on naturally nails!!!

New to the area, was going on vacation so I tried this "upscale" nail salon. Had a full set of gels done by Morgan, after 4 HOURS they were lumpy, HUGE, my thumb nails were 1/4 inch thick no word of a lie the salon I went to get them fixed by measured them! After 4 hrs I told her to stop, had another tech finish, took her 45 MORE mins to try to fix the thick, mis-shapen nails Morgan had done, STILL looked horrible. Owners were on vacation I was told. So generously they gave me a discount and charged me only $65 for disgusting nails and waste of my time. Girl even said all but 1 of them (who was too busy w/clients to finish/fix my nails) were just out of school. I shouldn't have even paid but the owners weren't there and Im not a flake, didnt wanna stiff the 2nd tech that tried fixing them. The salon I went in Johnston had no appts for a week, but took 1 look at my nails and fit me in 2 hours later. They were shocked anyone doing that kind of work was even employed by a salon. Stay away unless you want to let someone "practice" on you for alot of time & money!
