The sign out front of the salon says walk-ins welcome. Well they aren't!!!! Yesterday i walked in for a trim. I sat down since the only 2 stylists there were currently working on clients, with 2 other clients waiting out their highlight times. After 5 or so minutes i pulled out my book expecting a little wait. A third stylist came in carrying a dri.k and snack, put her purse at her station and proceeced to the back. Everyone eats linch right? One client done and gone 3 left to go. Color job being worked is now wating her time. Both of the working sylists retreat to room the snacker has gone. NOT ONE OF THESE THREE LADIES EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED MY PRESENCE!!!!! Not a "can i help you" not "do you have an appointment" not even a frikkin hello. After 30 minutes of being ignored i got up and left. Way to go ladies you've lost a potential client.
