I would highly recommend Mandy Price at Palmetto Style Salon for anyone that needs a great stylist that is a true color specialist. I have naturally dark hair and get regular blonde highlights so it's crucial that I have a stylist that knows what they are doing. Mandy does a phenomenal job in blending the right shades to make sure I have a natural look every time. I get tons of compliments everywhere I go!
