Steven is the best nail tech in South Carolina! No one does pink and white gel nails as good as Steven!

Majestic Nails in Cedar Springs is a complete waste of time and money!!!! I made an appointment to have my nails done on a wednesday afternoon for gelish polish on my hands and a simple toe polish change on my toes. This is normally a simple process but unfortunately the nail techs at Majestic Nails this was complicated. First, the nail tech painted my nails before he did my manicure!!! Then, the polish he was using was regular nail polish and not gelish polish as he kept insisting. I kept asking and he continued to say "yes" and that the product he was using was "very expensive". Due to my lack of time I just agreed to let him finish because I was headed out of town the next day and needed this service done. The next morning after getting ready for work, I noticed one nail was already chipped. After two days had passed, 6 out of 10 of my nails were chipped at the white tip area where my french manicure should have been and my toe polish was also chipped. I sit at a computer for work all day so this was not a contributing factor. I called to speak with the manager at Majestic Nails and told her the situation. She told me that she could not refund me my money because I did not come the very next day. I explained to her that this was impossible because I was out of town. Then she continued to persist that it had been a week since I got my nails done after she just saw me two days ago. I should have been mindful of the fact that the day that I went to make my appointment and the day of my appointment they had no clients in their facility! I am sure that is because the technicians do poor work and the products they use are not good quality. Also, after doing my research and having this done on multiple occassions, I was right all along about the gelish polish....the business does not know what gelish nail polish is!!!!!!!!! Not to mention the manager tried to get out of acknowledging her business being at fault for the simple fact that they don't get much business and need to hold on to what every money they can without doing a good job at what you pay for! My nails should not have last just 2 DAYS! Be advised: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS BUSINESS BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT QUALITY WORK OR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS!
