I am highly disappointed and even angry with MiMi Nails. I walked in this morning and was asked what I wanted done and I told them and the guy said it would be 15 minute wait. After waiting for an hour they finally began working on me and the Asian lady just seemed like she didn't want to be at work, I was thinking, well I can deal with attitude, as long as my nails look good. Turns out, she was very aggressive, cut me because of the carelessness and after asking for details about how I wanted my nails done-got frustrated i don't know why and closed her kit and walked away, then came back and sprayed alcohol on the cut. Set me on fire- another lady came over and said something that I could barely understand and then when I asked her to repeat herself she said that she was going to come and finish the job after she finished the girl she was working on. I had already been there about an hour and thirty minutes and I just decided to leave. I told them I would go somewhere else and have them take care of it. Its just frustrating that you wait that long for someone who hates their job so much they are aggressive. I am not new to the nail salon way- sometimes you wait, and it isn't always perfect communication, but today was the worst experience I have ever had. I will never be going back to MiMi Nails. Ever.
