I have had to pull my car over to write this review bc the more I think ab my pedicure i had today the more irritated I become. I typically drive an hour and 15 min to soho nails in turkey creek Bc they have consistently done a good job and it is always relaxing. Decided to try this place today Bc it is quite a bit closer to my work especially w crazy Knoxville traffic. NEVER AGAIN. I got the jelly pedicure. $55. Figured it was as close as I was going to get to my lemon drop pedicure of the same price at soho. I had no idea what the jelly meant but didn't care Bc I just wanted to relax for an hour- the time it takes at soho. The jelly was fine and felt nice but I still don't know what the point of it is. After the jelly was mask then hot wax massage. This pedicure took 30 min. $55 for 30 min. They rushed every single step. They got this jelly mess all over the floor and within inches of my purse and when I was done they told me to stay put so they could clean up the mess (so I wouldn't fall and break my neck). So I sat and waited. And they never cleaned it up so finally the girl says "it looks dry u can go". I stop by the restroom and look down at my legs before I leave and I have streaks and chunks of white matter all over my legs!!!! I had to ask them for a wash cloth to wash my legs before I paid!!!! I am now 2.5 hours post pedicure and I have poured antibacterial gel all over my legs to get this crap off to no avail and now I have a layer of sticky goo everywhere! I attempted to wash my legs in the sink of my next stop while running errands and still can't get it off. Went for a run at a park and they mowed the grass and my legs are now covered in lawn clippings that have stuck to this disgusting goo. I honestly think they rushed the pedicure so much that they didn't wash off each step and everything has combined to form this substance that only NASA would know what to do with. And this isn't the worst part. While I was getting this pedicure- the girl beside me finished hers and they sat another customer in her chair without even spraying down the basin. Forget cleaning it- they didn't even run water around the sides w a sprayer. And I sat and watched and thought- I'm going to get an infection and lose my toes Bc of this joke of a nail spa. Be forewarned. Never again will I return.

The first time I was in this salon. They did a great job and moderate price. The second times, the tech was kept asking me to upgrade to different class of pedicure. I ended up paying way more than my budget
