JUST A WARNING TO EVERYONE THAT PURCHASES FROM ULTA: I'm not one to usually post stuff like this on social media, but I feel the need to today. On Sept. 21, I made a purchase of $121.83 @ Ulta. They were having problems with the terminals that day so long story short, two days later I was double charged. I call Ulta and they inform me the problem was corporate wide and that I would have $121.83 in 7-10 days. No refund. Call back and I was told 3-5 days. No refund. Call back and I was told by Friday the 10th. Also asked for manager to call me back on the 7th which I am yet to hear from. So it's the 10th and what do you know, I have NO REFUND. I call Ulta once again and this time I am told ALL refunds have been processed, that I need to call my bank. I call my bank, they have nothing showing Ulta has refunded them money to put in my account. I call Ulta back and I am told the best thing to do is for me to go to my bank and dispute the transaction with Ulta and I MAY get my money back. Really??? I don't believe I've ever walked into Ulta and said, "Ok I'm gonna get $121.83 worth of stuff and I'll pay you for it in 20 days or I MAY not." 20 days later, I am no where closer to getting my money back than I was when it happened. I understand glitches and mistakes happen, but this is RIDICULOUS AND UNACCEPTABLE FOR A BUSINESS.

I was in an extreme hurry but REALLY needed my Bare Minerals foundation. I walked in and was welcomed by an employee who asked if she could help. The store was clean and well stocked so I found my shade and was able to check out quickly. The staff was not high pressure which is nice when you are in a rush and need to get in and out. It was probably my fastest trip to Ulta but as always it was a good experience

I didn't even make it to the store. I called to see if they could help me with a makeup purchase and they were very rude! The employee kept asking in a very rushed and mean voice "how long are you going to take and what are you wanting?" They didn't care about me at all. It was all about the sale. I do not recommend this place. I went to Sephora and they were EXTREMELY nice!
