Got some highlights and they were just awful. I went to see if they could be fixed and the owner said she didn't see the problem. After trying to show her repeatedly what the problem was and her denying it I just gave up. I wanted a refund but couldn't get one, she said the the stylist (her sister) would fix it instead. How can you fix something you can't see? She didn't want to admit her sister did a terrible job so she stood there and lied to my face. If you're not from Sweetwater born and raised or have nothing these people want, save yourself some headache and go somewhere else.
