My first experience with Sports Clips came about one year ago, after we moved to Austin from the Hill Country. I can best sum up my opinion of this business with one word - OUTSTANDING. The Trails location has been the best, and you can tell the staff is well-trained and eager to take care of their customers. Nancy and Robyn are not only very good at what they do, but they really make me feel more like family than a "customer". My sons and I recommend the experience to anyone who would like to really enjoy getting their hair cut.
This was the worst haircut experience I have ever had. I called before and asked how long the wait was. They said 10 minutes but in 15 minutes there would be zero wait. As we walked in we saw about 7 people in front of us and we walked up to the counter and they said the wait is 20 minutes. When it was our turn we asked told them specifically what to do. They did the opposite of it. We asked them to keep the side burns medium length. She cut them all the way off. She didn't talk the whole time and tried to get us to buy $11 hair gel. She ended up taking 3 minutes to cut my hair. My hair looks terrible now and I can't take a hood off of it without everyone laughing.
The product selection is Tier 1/Tier 2 products. Services offered are fun and an added bonus for the overall price you pay.
Nicole was wonderful skilled and great at product suggestions.
