I adore Wendy! She is now a part of the Hair Station Family! I've been going to Wendy for years & am so excited to join her at this salon! My hair stylist before Wendy was a Masters Tech from Toni & Guy. Wendy does the exact same thing, cut, color & style, for a better price! Everytime she's done with my hair, I am WOW'd even though its the exact same cut & color I had before! It looks GREAT EVERYTIME! Thanks Wendy - See you today!

Worst hair experience ever! When I set up the appointment, I specifically told them I already had color in my hair (black) and wanted to slightly lighten it. I told them my hair can be difficult and was told that Yvonne was good with hair color. When I showed up to my appointment, I waited around an hour because Yvonne had sent her daughter to get the hair lightener at Sally's. Kind of annoyed and trying to keep my mind open, I went with it. I also told her that I had a sitter and that my sitter could only stay until a certain time (I gave myself 3 hours for the hair appointment). Yvonne reassured me that I would be out the door before then. So, I get my hair processed and when it was done, my hair was 3 different tones. Yvonne kept telling bringing the manager over to look at my hair and the manager WOULD NOT SAY A WORD and walked away. Yvonne tried the salon trick and told me my hair was pretty but I wasn't falling for that. I pointed out that my hair was 3 different shades and she tried to fix it but was unable to. We ran out of time but I feel that even if we did have time, she didn't have the skill level to properly do color. I have been to a salon where they messed up my hair but the owner or someone with higher skills would step in and correct the problem. This place just kept silent and took my money. Yvonne offered for me to come back and she would fix my hair but there was no way in hell I would allow her to touch it again. She acted like she was doing me a favor by giving me a $20 discount so I walked out of there paying $100 for hair with 3 different colors when it should have been an all over color. It looked horrible and I had a wedding to go to in a couple of days. I cannot see this place being in business to much longer. If you want quality service, go elsewhere. This place charges just as much as a salon that provides exceptional service. BE WARY, this place is unprofessional and overpriced. This salon is a joke.

This has been my worst hair experience ever! I had my hair highlighted by Chris. When I stopped by to make the appointment I was quoted $120 for highlight and cut and then I would get a 20% discount as I work in the shopping center. After 2½ hrs I had to leave for another appointment so I did not get the cut. He asked if I wanted to pay the entire bill and come back the next for the haircut. I agreed. He then said it was $115. I asked about the discount and he said that was with the discount. I asked what it was before the discount and he said $175. As you can see those numbers don't add up. He said that included the style. So I decided to just pay for the highlights and style ($95) and come back for the hair cut. I did not leave a tip even though I loved my hair (at the time) because I was upset about the raised prices. As I was driving I convinced myself it was ok, and that I would go back for the haircut and leave him a tip then. Right about that time I ran my fingers through my hair. Wow! The bleach had not been rinsed from the back of my head. My hair was a grainy sticky mess back there. I was so upset, I cried all the way to my eyelash appointment. I get there and they were nice enough to help me rinse my hair out (so much for the "style" I had just paid for). So the next morning, I blow dry my hair and cry again. It is horrible!! I don't know why it was so blended when he styled it, because now it looks like a twelve year old did it with a home kit. I have a bright blond spot at the front that doesn't blend with anything, my roots are a different color then the rest and the back where the bleach was left in is lighter than everything else. I contacted the owner who sent me a very nice email and offered to set me up with Jennifer today to fix everything. I arrived today and it is obvious she forgot about me. Someone had called about the Groupon now deal and she apparently told them to come on in. They arrived 5 mins after I did. It did not matter as Jennifer was almost finished with my "cut" by then. She didn't even bother with a touch up on the highlights. She was rushed to get through it, not the slightest bit interested in what I wanted, and so only gave me a trim. She also only trimmed my bangs when I requested it. My hair looks no different now then it did at 2pm today. All she wanted was me out of her chair so she could get to the "paying" customer who was waiting. She kept saying my hair looked fantastic, but we both knew it was a lie. I originally came to the salon in hopes of a brand new look. Instead, I now have to pay a salon to give me an actual haircut. I have never seen such unprofessional behavior at a salon.

Hair Station has a new stylist. Stephanie is absolutely WONDERFUL! She listens to what you want and delivers. My color is great as well as the cut and style. I received rave review from my co-workers. Several people told me that I look ten years younger. LOVE IT! LOVE IT! LOVE IT!

I was searching for a new stylist and decided to try Hair Station because it is close to home and had good reviews. Yvonne cut my hair and made sure it was how I wanted it - this is one of the best cuts I have had! Very reasonable prices. The atmosphere is very simple and functional, but that is fine by me, because it ultimately saves me money!
