I have been going here for 7 years and never had a problem because I only go when **KIM** is there. She is the best and I would personally only recommend her.

Well to start they had about 5 people waiting and they kept telling other customers it was only going to be 15 minutes. Then after my pedicure I seen the lady spray lysol in the tub and add some water and that was her "cleaning it". Then I sit down to get solar nails and then woman who was doing my nails was insistant on me getting a full set of acrylic nails instead of solar with the white solar powder. She kept telling me that it was "just as good" and that my nails would look better without the white powder. And it would be $25 not $30. Since this is how I ALWAYS get my nails done I continued to insist on getting the white powder, so she proceeded to do my nails and kept messing up, blaming it on the powder being "cold". I was at this place from 6pm-10pm and was still charged $50!!!! My nails were cut uneven, had holes in them and one nail was so ugly that the white was not even straight. The girl insisted that I come back the next day and she would "fix" them. I called back the next day after inspecting my nails further and decided I didn't have another 4 hours to waste and asked for a refund. I have to go and pick it up today so we will see how that goes!! I just could not believe the service received there.....IT WAS HORRIBLE!!!! I am not exactly what they are legally suppose to clean with but water-downed aerosol lysol can not be it!!! Please think twice about going there...not only b/c of the service but for sanitary reasons also!!
