Wanted a manicure for my wedding anniversary. Didn't get the girls name unfortunately. Told her right away my nails are thin and brittle. She trimmed just a little, never touched my cuticles. Then proceeded to file away with the largest heaviest board I've ever seen. I got white tips, the whole manicure didn't take more than 15 minutes. I sat under the hand dryer longer than that! After paying $17.00 plus a $3.00 tip, I left to do my shopping. That's when I noticed she had chipped several of my nails, due to the filing, but instead of correcting them she just went on and painted them. I don't see too well without my glasses and unfortunately didn't notice until it was too late. I will never go there again!!! Save your money and go to a more reputable mall. A manicure should take more than 10 or 15 minutes, especially on someone that hasn't had one all summer long!
I told them what I wanted, and they kept trying to push their other services,...understood that they have to do it, but one time is enough!..i want to relax, not keep telling you that I dont want you'r other services!
