I have been a client of Shear Impressions for 15 years. I have had tried all services and am happy to say that all the staff is wonderful and have lots of experience. The salon has had a low turn over since I've been a client. You might get one of the girls that is a little more shy and doesn't talk a lot, but does a great job, but I have also been with a stylist that talks your ear off. They always want to make you happy even if they can't do it the first time they will try till you are. I love getting myself beautiful at Shear Impressions.

I came here for the first time two months ago. I checked out reviews after i made an appointment . All were great except one. It was about a paticular hair stylest. Well this lady is also the person they scheduled me with. I figure everyone has a bad day or customer that doesnt leave fully happy. So i gave it a chance anyway. I went in for a cut and color. I wanted a medium brown it came out almost black i have red hair and my roots in the front were showing bad .. really bad.. and i wanted my hair cut a certain way so i brought a picture. The back didnt come out right so i asked for it shorter an she told me no because she would have to use clippers on my neckline.. ive had others do this so why couldnt she... over all the place an atmosphere i really liked. I just wish i had a better hairstylest.. on top of all that i tried several times in tje three hours i was there to start a conversation with her and she just gave me one word answers. She wasnt rude but not polite or good at her job.

Wonderful place!! I have had my hair done hear for almost a year and absolutely love the staff and surroundings. It is like a beautiful elegant home, very different from other salons I have been to. It is MUCH more like a spa! They do a fantastic job and are very pleasant and helpful. I continually send everyone to them!
