I have been going to this salon since Lynn opened her business. She is very personable and business has grown. I am disappointed by such negative and bad reviews, I don't care where you go there's always some issues when they are busy but she tries very hard to get you seated and has a tech with you ASAP. Overpriced??Really?? They are not expensive, competitive but not expensive. Lots of products and everything you need for your beauty needs in a "one" stop shop and a glass of wine to chill with.
Always awesome! Love the owners and my nail tech. Been coming here for 4+ years. 2 friends of mine turned me on to this spot & I have been coming ever since. They know their regulars by name & shows complete hospitality to all. I love this spot and currently drive from the other side of town to get my TLC. Thank you to U NEED. UR AWESOME!
I can say that this place has some positives, but mostly negatives. I took my wedding party here the day before I got married and I was the bride. They didnt treat me nor anyone else in any special manner. I can say that out of all of us there, I was the one to get the crappiest worker they had. I didnt get the massage that comes with the pedicure or anything. He did the wax manicure and he didnt tell me to wash hands so he pained my nails over the wax! Luckily when we were leaving I looked down and my nails were TERRIBLE. WORST PAINT JOB I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!! I had to go back and let someone repaint them. I wont be back. They rush and they do not do a good job.
I have a standing appointment every 4 weeks, getting the solar nails. Cindy does an EXCELLENT job on mani/pedis. You even get to sip on a Marguarita while there. Love this place?
July 19, 2014 I had my nails done by a young Asian girl who did not polish my nail all the way. In other words she only polised the top not the sides. I didn't noticed until I got home so I went back up there and tried to explain and show the young guy (who looks like he could be the owner's son) but he was so rude and arrogant. He cut me off during my explanation. I asked him if he was interested in what she did not do. He said he had a business to run and for me to give him her name (which I did not know) or show him the girl. After I looked around I spotted her and show her to him. He said sit down and she will be with you after she finished with her customer. NO APOLOGY AT ALL. I WILL NOT GO BACK THERE AGAIN. Even thought you have a business to run you should be interested in treating your customer with respect and not so rude and arrogant.
