Luxury Nail Spa

My daughter and I went to get gel manicures. It was the absolute worst one I've ever had. Bubbles under the paint and they were not shaped very well. I also thought a "manicure" was part of the process, I didn't get any of that treatment. Never will I waste my money there again.
I wrote my previous review a while ago and I have changed my option after working with KIM! I love her, she listens and does a great job and I appreciate that about her. My other opinion still stands about everyone else for now. ----- I have a nail salon that I ALWAYS go to but they are not open on Sundays so I Googled another shop and chose Luxury Nails. I am very disappointed with majority of my service (the lady who did my pedicure was sweet). I called first to verify the price of a "FRENCH TIP" "ACRYLIC" and was told $22. In the middle of ny pedicure I am asked how I would like my nails and I repeat French tips/acrylic. She tells me its $30. I explained that I was told it was $22 over the phone and no one did anything to compensate. I was stuck because I ONLY came in for my nails so I surely do not want to finish a pedicure and leave to go somewhere else for my nails. They said bye to every customer abd never said bye to me. (I guess great customer service is for regulars only) No one offered to help me get my purse or shoes as they did with others (my nails were just painted). Yeah, I agree with the user below. They care ONLY if you purchase enough. $44 didn't get me any kind of great customer service. I won't be going back.
Do you want to be talked about in another language? Ignored for thirty minutes because you're not purchasing expensive enough services? Then don't go here. I went with a friend, she wanted to get a mani/pedi and I just wanted to get a manicure because I recently got a cut on my foot and didn't want to risk infecting it. I guess the income off of a $14 (supposedly 12 with student discount) manicure wasn't worth it to them, because they completely ignored me. They told me to sit down at a table with warm water, soap, and tools ready. Then one of the manicurists instead told a woman who walked in after me to sit down at the next table. She grabbed the tools off of my table and started working on the other woman while I sat there and waited. Nobody ever came to attend to me. I flipped through two whole magazines and my friend was done with her pedicure and just starting her manicure when someone finally acknowledged me (after I gave them a dodgy look) with "sorry, we're short staffed". Nobody had bothered to address me before that. Another ten minutes and finally someone was free to attend to me. I asked them if I would be getting a discount for the inconvenient wait (they could have been upfront about it and I would have gone elsewhere). They said I could pay $12, I told them I also had a student ID so would that be $10 and they said, no, $12. I explained that that was no different than what it would have cost me anyway. They refused to budge, just kept mumbling "sorry, sorry" as if that bought me back my time. At the very least if they were nice/more accommodating I would have tipped on top of the lowered price. They also talked about me (I believe in Vietnamese), and though I am not Vietnamese I am Asian enough to know what's up. Downright rude, and they should realize that there are about ten other nail salons within five minutes of their location that look the same and offer the same services and similar pricing. I would recommend just driving further to go to Ms. Nails.
I've been going here for the past 3 years! Their service is great! I usually get the deluxe pedicure for the hot towel wraps and extra massages. Everything is well priced and they are really clean compared to other places. The employees are so nice and the owner remembers everybody's name. This is definitely a place you'll keep going to!
Service is great here. I was greeted promptly as I walked in. I always get a mani and pedi and it's executed nicely. They give really good massages. I have been here about a few times and they never disappoint me. I definitely would recommend coming here.
