My experience was absolutely terrible! My stylist was incredibly slow and was not attentive as her only duty was to complete my hair; not talk on the phone, not laugh and joke with her neighboring stylist, and definitely not to eat!. She gossiped the entire time about the drama in the shop! Further, my tracks were loose AND you could see my braids along the side perimeter so immediately and type of pony tail or up do was out! I took my hair down the next day and will NEVER return. Run far, run fast! The only decent thing I can say is that the facility is nice. ::shrug::

I got there 15 minutes after opening. The only bad thing was no stylist was there yet. One hour after opening only one stylist was there. Other than that the place was clean, bright and beautiful. The receptionist was great. I've been a customer on Atlanta so I'm glad there's one in Dallas now.

THIS PLACE IS THE EPITOME OF BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NON EXPERIENCED STYLISTS. I HAVE BEEN A "LOYAL" CUSTOMER OF THE WEAVE SHOP IN DETROIT MICHIGAN SO I FELT THIS PLACE WOULD BE THE SAME.I WAS DEAD WRONG. I ALWAYS LEFT OUT ON POINT WHEN I GOT MY HAIR DONE IN MICHIGAN.... BUT THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. A WASTE OF MONEY. MY WAIT WAS MORE THAN AN HOUR. WHICH WAS FINE BECAUSE IT GAVE ME A CHANCE TO SEE THE FINISHED PRODUCT OF MOSTLY ALL THE STYLISTS. MY DAUGHTER HAIR WAS DONE BEFORE I SIGNED IN. SHE LEFT OUT IN TEARS AND TOOK HER TRACKS OUT AS SOON AS SHE GOT HOME....I REALLY DIDNT SEE NOT ONE PERSON LEAVING THAT EVEN LOOKED HALF-WAY DECENT. SIMPLY PITIFUL!!!!!!! IF YOU THINK IM LYING JUST GO SEE FOR YOURSELF. I WALKED OUT AND WAS SO GLAD THAT I DID. STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT YOUR HAIR ON POINT..........SHAME ON THESE PEOPLE FO USING THE WAVE SHOP NAME.... SMH...I COULDNT LEAVE NO STARS ON THIS RATING BUT I TRIED....SO THE ONE STAR I HAD TO GIVE IT TAKE....I TAKE IT BACK AND GIVE IT A NEGATIVE 10 STARS!

I feel that they should have more professional stylist than the ones they have the stylist there they are amateurs they do not know how to do hair very well I went there and I took my niece for the first time to get her first sewin when the young lady left a big gap in her hair where she did not sew anything in her hair and she was so slow oh my god she was very slow I forgot her name but she does not to be working there in a professional environment because she is so slow customer service is okay

DO NOT COME HERE. The service was so trash and despicable. Horrid wait times and the manager was rude, abrasive, and ghetto. I mentioned to the manager I was displeased with my long wait time and he and another nasty, ghetto employee threatened me with physical violence and I had file a police report. Please save yourself the trouble and do not solicit this business. Not worth your money, time or your safety.
