At first site I was pleased with the braiding. Not even a week later it looked horrible. I've had many protective styles (braids) yet, this HAD to be THE worst.. I mean it's horrible. They don't do the back of your hair because they "can't grab it". The customer service is sub-par and as for EXPRESS? Please.. I had plans and was late to them. I had to wait, my appointment was at 10, didn't get seen until.. um maybe 11. I actually recommended a friend and we have come the conclusion.. NEVER AGAIN!

I went to african braids express in desoto they are the best braiders in dallas I am so please with my hair the price was very affordable and it only took them 3hrs to do my micros ask for lam she is very professional.
