I always worry about trying oit a new place/stylist... That being said, thos Fantastic Sams was a great choice. D'Ann took great care of me and my hard to manage hair. She trimmed it perfect, and had a nice conversation during it all. Highly recommend this place!!
I was greeted with friendly smiles upon entering the building. My appointment was on time - the management showed excellent customer service with helping me know my personal hair care treatment recommendation. The stylist suggested a toner that left my color treatment perfect:) I'm 100% pleased with the service at this salon - I will be back!
Got my hair cut here on my lunch break and now ill have to go to my regular place to have my hair cut cleaned up. The fading in the sides is not even and there are small tuffs that were missed. One of the worst hair cuts ever. Customer service was poor as well. Stop talking to everyone and pay attention to my hair!
