Asked for a haircut and highlights
I got a mullet and a streak of blonde down the middle of my head.
I was charged for the mullet and given a free bottle of product for my horrible experiece.
The manager offered to try and fix it, but after sitting in a chair for over 4 hours and told that I was over- acting and not even offered a apology.
I was done.
I ended up paying over $300 to get my hair color corrected at another salon.
You would do better going to s school for hair and getting your hair done.
My wife brought my 10 year old daughter in who had hair down to the middle of her back. She brought a picture in and the style should have put her hair to just below the shoulders and this person took almost a foot off and it looks no where near the picture. How does a picture get lost in translation? My daughter left crying all the way home. Manatieo was the stylist and I'm thinking she needs to go back to school to learn how to listen to clients. Butcher school would have been more suitable.
