I have taken my son there 3 times to get his hair cut. The first time was okay, but the stylist seemed annoyed that he wouldn't sit still. It was his first hair cut and he was scared. The second time we went, the stylist did not inform us she had pink eye until she was finished cutting my son's hair. He got pink eye. The last time was out of complete necessity because our regular place was not open. The stylist first berated me because I did not want my 4 year old playing video games at there store, then when he started to cry because she was being rough with him gave him a video game anyway and completely undermined my parental rights. On top of all that, they have never given him a decent hair cut. I would never recommend this Cool Cuts. If you want to go to a Cool Cuts, go to the one on I45 and Louetta. They are at least nice and try.
this was my sons first cut, and we only cut his bangs. I was not happy with the results but hair grows out. It was a bit choppy and not very straight. I have taken my daughter to the one in Katy twice. Once I was happy and the second time I was not. I know it is all on who you get but after the third time with my son, I will probably not go back to any cool cuts any time soon.
Way over priced. A stylist was rude. And the video games were too complicated.
