Made appointment that day. In on time with no wait although very crowded. Lily, my nail tech, was wonderful! Reminded me of my friends at Diamond Nails in McKinney. Great group!

Took my girls here for a nice, relaxing, mommy/daughter mani pedi. Their nails turned out really cute and my shellac french manicure was perfection! Tu really paid close attention to the details on both my fingers and toes. Will definitely make a habit of going there and asking for Tu.

Been going here for years but only for Pedicures. Their techs are very polite, accommodating and respectful. I've never had an adverse situation with my pedicure or attitude problem with a tech. The foot basins are always clean, and I watch them clean the others when I'm sitting there. They provide a drink (soda, water, White Wine, Mimosa, etc) and their TV is on Restaurant Makeover or some relaxing show. They do backbreaking work, but I respect it. **Get the Hot Wax for $5 for an extra treat.

I have been going here since they opened. I have had a couple bad jobs on french but if you tell the manager (guy at the front) he always gets it fixed. As for the price if you compare it to other places it is pretty good. I live four hours away and never go anywhere else. They also have a location on 646 I went there too and they are also great. I just would say if you aren't happy, kindly tell the guy at the front and he will probably take care of it. I love this place. They are so clean and offer free drinks including mimosa ;]

I can not begin to tell you the horrible service I received at the bay colony nails on 96. The man at the from desk ignored me, I finally had to interrupt his casual conversation just to receive some help. The women who did my nails had a horrible attitude and was very rude, treated me like i was stupid, and was ordering me around and acted like he she hated her job. I have never in my life been treated so poorly In a place of business. I will never again set foot inside this place. Worst experience I've had. The other women there had horrible attitudes as well.
