This is A cost-effective place for senior citizens on fixed incomes to go and have their hair needs taken care of. It's nothing fancy, but the people are usually very nice and the service is usually quite good. They do offer senior discounts.

I am disappointed to find that this salon does not offer relaxer services, only "regular perms". It is very close to my house and honestly, even the League City Walmart offers relaxer services.
