I bought two boxes of Duby hair on Friday. I called today and asked whether or not "all sales were final." The sales lady told me no, as long as the hair was not "messed up." I got off work and went over. A man was working and I asked for some Saga Gold 10", which they did not have in the color I wanted. So I asked him for a refund. He told me "all sales were final." I told him I had called and spoken to a lady who said I could return the hair and that the sales receipt did not say "all sales are final". He very rudely poked a sign under the counter and said he would exchange the hair. I said, "I'd love to, but you don't have what I want." He just said, "What do you want me to do?" Rather than tell him what I wanted him to do (you can guess) I left. All that for $25; instead he lost a potentially regular customer. I will NEVER go there again. I went to A Quarter to Ten in the Kroger Shopping Center in Texas City. The Saga Gold was cheaper and the service was SO much better. Plus, they sell HALF bags, if that's all you need.
Well I've been going to hair plaza for about 4 years and every time I go the owner Tony is super nice 2 me...all I can say is if you come at him with respect he will come at you with respect Because I see how some of those girls go in there loud and ghetto and we all know African's don't play LOL
This is an okay place to buy hair for weaves and braiding, but DO NOT let the woman in the store braid your hair. She'll give you a nice price but she lies about everything else. My hair had been cropped very short in the back, but she told me it was long enough for micro-braids. low and behold, after I pay her $130 to do them, the ones in the back start to FALL OUT. Do Not let NK do any braids, buy your hair then leave.
