Seriously, reuse wax? You've got to be kidding me if you think for one minute a salon with that many workers, and that many clients coming in and out would take the time and effort to do that! You're an idiot! VIP is by far the cleanest salon in this town! They take pride in making sure you as a client are taken care of in a safe environment. Clearly you have never stepped foot into VIP or you would see for yourself instead of writing a crap ass review aimed at taking down a place you've never been in! Keep up the amazing work Cam!!
The comment made about reusing wax is not true. We have been told that a former employee that was fired for theft went to work at another salon in town and he was telling this to their customers. Not long after this happened, he caused a scene at that salon and was fired from there too. It is obvious that this was a one-off account (no friends or associations) created as an attempt to make us look bad.
They reuse there wax. They just strain out the particles to save money. My wife almost vomited when she saw them do this.
I love my nails and pedicure!! I will definitely spoil myself here next time I visit Marshall!
