This place smells wonderful, and not in a gross over-powering way.
I bought a dooney and bourke regular price on Saturday and decided I didn't like it on Monday and took it back, with all the packaging, tags and my receipt. They inspected the bag so much and they said it had a pen mark that was barely visible and wouldn't take it back or even exchange it! I will never spend money at this Dillard's again! The customer service has dwindled and it seems like the women working there are there to kill time and not actually help customers. ALL NEGATIVE STARS!
I waited at the jewelry counter 10 minutes patiently waiting for service. A Mexican lady walks to the counter and 4 people swarm to her in no time. She bought nothing. I on the other hand was going to buy a 400 dollar bracelet. The key word is WAS this Dillard's has lost all of my money. I will NEVER be back.
