My cousin booked her hair appointment a week in advance for her wedding. The appointment was made for her, her daughter, and her bridesmaid. They started on her hair 40 minutes late, got to her daughter and didn't even want to finish her hair, and then refused to do her bridesmaid because the stylist said he needed to go do 2 other ladies right then. When she conplained, there was no apology, no comoensation, or no attempt at any kind of customer service. I'm calling corporate Monday morning because that's unacceptable.
I had a horrible experience!!! They left my hair dirty and greasy, the cut was not what I wanted (it was old fashioned) amd they charged me $77.00 dallors for everything. I couldnt believe they charged me 35 dallors for blow drying my hair...im furious...NEVER GO HERE. IT TO TOO EXPENSIVE FOR THE QUALTY!!!! dont get me worng I would pay 77.00 but for job weIll done. I will never go back!!!!
I recently cut my hair at Regis at the McAllen Plaza Mall. The haircuts are good/average. Nothing special. And the prices are kinda steep. I would advice that you look for a good hairdresser elsewhere. I paid $55.00 for a haircut that I could have gotten much cheaper somewhere else. Nonetheless, the haircut was cut properly. I was satisfied but not impressed.
