Very disappointed...I asked for a midlength shag-bob where there are short layers on the top to add volume. I do not see the short layers anywhere, on my kneck ive found long hairs. I haven't stopped crying since I got home. I look like a little girl than a 25 year old woman. my hair is to aligned to my chin so it is far from mid-length...I feel the guy didn't target what i was going for. I wanted free, fun flirty where they layers would just fall where ever the wind would hit them but no my hair is all the same length all around so it shapes my entire face, there is no volume it is just flat. Being profesional stylist, he should know that hair this short a la Katie Holmes does not favor "big" women which is my case. It make my face look rounder. Never again will I go back.
sorry u feel that way but if u do buy a gift certificate from us we do honor it..unless you buy it from a third party it all comes with terms and conditions..and some people just don't know how to read or come to terms with rules..but we do make 99% of our customers happy sorry we just lost that 1%
Amazing hair studio, they replicate style with ease. They actually know how to thin hair and help people with large volume. I've gone to 3 different places that charge $20 to thin hair, and it comes out so uneven and chunky. Thanks for your great service, Xotic Studio :]
