Nahla is the BEST!!!!
i went today for my second time, trying out my Groupon. The girl that did my brows proceeded to spray the seat to sanitize it from the previopus customer, that was great! She then put on gloves and started my brows, midway through the phone rang and she went to answer it, still with gloves on......she then returned to threading my brows with same gloves on! what was the point of the gloves? Would much rather she did not santize where I put my clothed body and touched my face with sterile gloves! When she got back from answering the phone she shook her head and stated "If I dont answer my cell phone, of course I am busy!" I called corporate to ask if the gloves were worn to benefit the esthetician or me. I was told both. I told her what happened and the woman at corporate said, "sometimes our estheticians forget." WOW! I will not be going back there to get my redeem my final Groupon! I would much rather keep my face from falling off! I simply expected an apology from corporate and would hope they would do better in the future. So not the case. A very unprofessional company from corporate on down. Also, an unclean one!
I love just stringz ! I dont care who does my eyebrows their , they all do a good job . Love it . Only thing i dislike isthe long line.
