Terrific! I love my hair! The Salon Director colored my hair perfectly and also gave me a very flattering cut! Also, the facials are excellent. So glad that I finally found the best place to style my hair and cleanse my face!

Will never go back! Dont go there if youre used to being treated with respect. I had my hair straightened by zara who was so sweet and did the best she could do. I have very curly hair so i tend to ask a lot of questions before i give a salon a chance. Plus, I am also used to paying a lot to get it done right. I was very specific about my how i wanted my hair but when i was told not to worry i decided to back off. I should have known to run away after I saw the certificate from visible changes. When my hair was done, it was ok but not to my personal standards. I decided to stay quiet because i felt that Zara did the best she could, but when the owner, latifah,asked me if I liked it I told her it was ok. She immediately got defensive and tried to fix my concern but I told her that it was fine since she kept running my hair through the flat iron. Um.. i didn't want to fried ends you know? Then she started accusing me of not communicating to her that I wanted my hair blow dried with a round brush and it would have been more money. The money wasn't an issue but she made it seem like i was trying to take advantage of her. When it was time to pay my husband asked what the cost was if I wasn't satisfied (this was just a test to see how she would act) and she insulted me by saying once again that I didn't say what I wanted and that my hair was so frizzy and they straightened it so I have to pay the total amount. She was saying this to me in the rudest tone and in front of other customers. First of all my hair would not have been so frizzy if you had round brushed it like I asked!!! Don't just use your fingers to blow dry curly hair! They are in desperate need of a modern update with their techniques and styling products. Never again!!!

This place is great! I had a full threading Saturday, August 10, 2013. Zahara, the threading specialist, did a wonderful job. She was very meticulous and pleasant to be with. They have a clean salon and friendly staff.
