I made an appointment for 10:30,mani, pedi and eyebrows. When I arrived everyone was working on customers, waited 15 min before anyone acknowledged me! . When the owner came over , I informed her of my appointment. She did not smile, say hello ,or even apologize for my wait! She told me to pick a color, then waited another 20 min... Finally she came back and took me to sit in spa chairs, placed my feet in water; without actually turning it on !!! Sat there trying to be patient, but she started doing someones acrylic nail in a spa chair. .. right under my nose and its been about 30 more min now. What was the purpose of making the appointment? I've heard they use expensive lotion bottles with a cheap generic lotion so the salons can charge you more by claiming to use prestige products.I also heard they dilute nail polish bottles that have become clumpy from old age or from too much air exposure with nail polish remover! +++NOTE: when I was getting my Manicure, I observed where the salon employees pull their tools from? tools were not disinfected and I could tell. another shocking note: after she was done using the polymers and the powder; the liquid and powder that was left , she poured back into the original containers!!! how awful is that? what if I had fungus or something? The owner is beyond rude and their service is poor.
Horrible! They made me pay for everything before she even started nd she didn't make anyone else do that, they told me my nails were dry I reached into my purse nd they weren't nd 4 nails got smudged bad, then when I asked them to correct the technicians filed over the damage and PAINTED OVER IT! leaving a huge bump on each nail! Never going here again, worst nail shop experience ever...
Just had my nails done today, and customers from work and co-workers were complimenting my nails! I loved how the owner did my nails. Very clean, and I recommend this place to my friends at work!
Under new management and it's great! Used to go to PL Nails next door to HEB in Sienna and they were horrible! Long waits and bad management. Sienna Nails is always clean and the owner very professional. I hate looking for a nail place so I'm glad I found Sienna Nails. Definitely a must try...you won't be disappointed!
STAY AWAY!!! I made an appt for 10am and showed up 30 min early hoping to get out early and wanted a pedicure at the same time as my pink/white fill. The pedicure was just fine. The nail fill however sucked! They are too wide, the white is too long and he broke the skin on 2 different fingers and bruised the others. I'm going to have to file them down to fix them to my liking but I have to wait a week to heal because of the damage he did to my hands. The owner walked in when I was just about done and when she asked how I was doing I told her I was bleeding. She didn't offer me a discount or anything to make up for the poor quality service, just apologized and said that she'd do my nails next time and that they'd be great. NO WAY!!! To make matters worse, he took an extra 30 min to finish! It took him 1.5 hours!! If you're into S&M, you might like the torture, but I like my nails to look nice without bleeding in the process. And he kept pushing on one of the spots he tore up with the file so he could finish and finally stopped when he saw me glaring at him. I've never done that before to anyone working on my nails. This place is horrible and I'll never go back. Avoid it at all costs!!!!
