I went there to get a pedicure and was very very disappointed. One lady started and then another one took over which is when it went down hill. She wasn't paying attention to what she was doing and literally scrubbed all the way to my ankles leaving bleeding scratches on both. The paint job on the toes was very unprofessional too. I had more paint around my toenail than on it and very splotched job. Do not recommend this place.
I went to this salon today and was completely unsatisfied. I went for a basic manicure. The polish was old and did not set properly. I could've done a better job on my own. Most of the polish available appeared old as the liquids were separating in the bottles.
This was probably one of the worst experiences I"ve ever had. I went in and asked for a manicure and a pedicure, was told it would be 30 dollars for both and sat down in the spa chair. The pedicure wasn't spectacular but the manicure was HORRIFIC. I asked for a french manicure and was given something I could of done myself at home. The tools were dirty, I had white polish all in my cuticles, and the tips were crooked. My nails looked better when I went in then afterward. She asked if I liked it and I just asked her to take it off, she gave me attitude about it and then told me I owed 40. So I paid for a crappy pedi/mani and apparently a "polish take-off" charge. Next time I"ll just go to Venetian, at least there you get what you pay for,
