I have been a loyal satisfied customer of this fantastic sams for over two years now. They always made me feel welcomed and listened to, as my hair can be tricky. I have always been very happy with my experience and hairstyle. Recently, my usual hair dresser left, and I decided to have the manager do my hair, as she had done it before when my other hair dresser was out. I made a 1230 appt the Saturday before Easter for both my little girls and myself. The girls were greeted upon arrival. I was able to speak with both their hair stylists and had them in their seats by 1230. Then I waited and waited. Ten minutes passed. Fifteen minutes passed. Almost twenty-five minutes into my appt time, my youngest daughter's hair was done, and the manager hadn't even acknowledged me. Finally she was ready to do my hair. Before she even started, she tells me that she doesn't think she can dry my hair because they were too busy. I had just waited past my appt time only to be told she couldn't do not only what I had asked, but also what I was going to pay for. I shrugged it off hoping that the appt would get better. After talking over me to a co-worker about how they hated when customers came in when they want to close early through my whole hair wash, I was finally about to get my hair cut when her next client came in. Not only did she acknowledge them, but also continued to tell them every three minutes that she would be right with them as she rushed through my hair cut. She refused to listen when I told her one side didn't look right. Instead, she cut the other side shorter. She also apparently felt the need to put me down for not coming in every month to get my haircut. Then she somehow forgot that she was trimming my side bangs and gave me a full on bang, but at the same time missed over half the bangs that needed to be trimmed. I tried to have her fix all of these things, but she said it was fine and rushed me out of the chair. Needless to say, I had to go back in and have it fixed. The manager was not there that Monday, but another hair stylist agreed to fix it for me. I sat in his chair all of a minute before he asks if he can just wash it and do it all over again because it was so bad.None of it was blended, and I ended up having to get another inch cut off. He then had to fix my not so fabulous bangs. At the end, he was more than happy to dry my hair to make sure everything looked correct. I ended up with a much shorter haircut and a full set of bangs. It still wasn't exactly what I wanted, but it was better than what it was. Since then, I have found a new place and will no longer be a fantastic sams customer. They did try to fix their mistake, but I don't feel like wasting my money, my time, or my pride.
Went there and got one of the best cut style and color jobs since I've move to saginaw 5years ago i will definitely go back and recommend them .
