Will not return. I got a full set, paid $40, looking at them less than 18 hours after getting them done, two have lifted, and the clear coat is uneven and bubbled, not to mention they are crooked. Really bad.
Staff is very friendly , clean environment. Nails good quality but VERYY expensive. 40$ for regular full set no color. ***DO NOT get eyebrows waxed here , unless you like having uneven , skinny terrible looking eyebrows --- 12$ for eyebrow wax. I only went b/c its close , will not be going back. It use to be run by a very nice lady , but she now works at the other location ...dont waste ur money here honestly i am writing this b/c i am so upset this lady did a terrible job with my eyebrows today.
My daughter (10 yrs) and I visited this salon recently. I asked for a shellac polish change and my daughter was having her nails painted. They spoke almost entirely in English, which was a pleasant change from most nail salons. One tech was extremely kind to my daughter and she left very pleased with her experience. I did not enjoy my service there, and will not be returning. Three of the staff members tried to force me into having a full manicure, which I did not want. They refused to guarantee their work if I did not get the full manicure. One of the nail techs was so argumentative and rude after I clearly indicated I did not want the manicure. He argued that he could not get the polish off my nails without soaking them in water, which is just not true. Another nail tech intervened and was able to remove the polish without soaking my hands in water and trimming my cuticles, but only after I asked multiple times if I could just wash my hands and leave. Then a third tech actually polished my nails, and again asked if I would get the full manicure. The entire situation was handled unprofessionally, and as a result they lost a potential long-term customer over a $10 price difference.
I went here for the first time to get a pedicure and eyebrow wax. Everyone was really friendly and I got a great eyebrow wax and pedicure. Good service and a relaxing environment, I will be back.
I used to love going to Diva nails. Everyone was friendly and they always took time to make sure the job was done right. Unfortunately the past few times I've gone, I was less than impressed. I just got a pedicure about a week ago and my toes had bubbles from the nail polish all over. It is so noticeable you can see the bubble just by looking down. I told the woman and she then proceeded to add yet ANOTHER coat of top coat to "fix it". I'm no professional but I know well enough that the reason there are bubbles in the first place is because you already put about 10 layers of polish. It was absolutely ridiculous and I will no longer be coming back. I've told all my friends and showed them the final product, none of them will be returning either.
