Wouldn't recommend Petra's to anyone! Awful service. Rude workers. Extremely overpriced for what you get. Such an awful experience!

I came to Petra's and entrusted their stylists to go from long hair to a short hair cut. My stylist did a fantastic job on the haircut! I was very pleased with the results. My only complaint is that she seemed more nervous from cutting so much hair off which made it difficult for me to relax and enjoy having my hair cut. The staff was very friendly and offered me water upon arrival.

I was seeing Amanda for years until I found a new stylist because my hair was always so brassy after highlights. The new stylist showed me the way she was coloring my hair wrong and causing damage and highlighting challenges. I wont go back anymore! Especially after the last time I went I was charged almost $300 for a cut, color and about 6 highlights with brassy color, and then when a new client showed up she didn't have time to blow dry me! Unacceptable! And Way overpriced!

I went to Petra's for a Hair Cut and I was impressed with the Salon not only was I extremely Happy with the Hair Stylist Stephanie's ability to do a REAL trim not taking more than I wanted and Shaping my hair style into a Real cute hair do but the Lady next to me had gotten extensions and she also seemed more than impressed with the results of her hair extensions and Style HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Loved this place...until the 2 feathers they put in my daughter's hair for $20 fell out in the pool after 2 days. Should have been an easy fix, just put them back in at no charge. However, was told they fell out because the feathers are sensitive to chlorine NOT because they were not put in securely by the technician. Not going to waste my time & money going back to pay for the service again...nor will I do so for my regular highlights. If good customer service is a factor in your choice of salons, take this into consideration.
