I had a wonderful experience at this location. I was greeted when I walked in and Silin did fantastic job with my haircut. She made me feel right at home and did exactly what we discussed. She didn't cut off more than I asked and didn't try to sell me any products aside from what I requested.
I'm writing this under my husband's login: Worst experience for me and my family. I took my 5 yr old daughter & 4 yr old son there because I thought it would be more affordable than the kid places and just as good - I was so wrong! My daughter has loose curls and I have straight hair so I don't always know who things are going to turn out with her hair. I explained to the woman cutting that my daughter wanted short hair - like at the end of Rapunzel - and showed her what I meant. I also let her know that I was worried since I knew the curls would spring up and didn't know what it would turn out like. I asked her if I should keep it longer or if the cut works on short hair? She couldn't give me any idea what so ever. She said,"So you want it to hit her neck?" I said, "no, not if it won't look right. What will curly hair look like?" She just looked at my daughter's hair and didn't say anything but sort of shrug her shoulders. Since the woman had long hair with some curl in it, I told her to just trim and keep it long with layers. The layers are horrible! It's like she tried to give it a feathery look. My son's hair didn't turn out any better from the other woman who cut his hair. My husband stood by and explained to keep it a little long on top. She took the order and spent the rest of the time talking to another associate. My poor son has crooked cuts all over his head! I gave it two days to see if their hair would settle to something nicer, since fresh cuts sometimes (but rarely) be deceiving, but I can still see the jagged cuts in my son's hair and my daughter's hair is even less cooperative even though I'm using products that usually tame it. The only reason I haven't gone in to complain is because I would have to bring the kids to show what's wrong and I don't want the kids to hear me say something negative about their cuts.
