Let me tell you if you want a great haircut, for a good price this is the place to go. I want to let everyone know that I was greeted as soon as I opened the door, my wait was under ten minutes. The staff was friendly and professional. Sarah was my stylist, asked a lot of good questions about how I wanted my haircut, and nailed it. My wife's first words when she saw me after my new haircut were "OOOOH NICE, I LOVE IT". We thank you Sarah, I will be back and will tell everyone where I got my haircut. Bravo.... Hey just a added note, let them wash your hair, you'll thank me for the info, promise. John
Good service; horrible stylist. I asked to get my hair layered and she layered only one side of my head, leaving the other looking horrible. Worst haircut ever!
Very friendly service, hair cut couldve been better but not bad. Not really worth $12.99 but I'll probably go back
The girl did a great job. She asked question to give me the best haircut. Was very pleased with ny cut. And will be. Retuning soon...
I'm not fussy about my haircuts, and I would suspect that any two bit high school dropout with a perfect attendance certificate from an evening beauty course would be able to understand the simple instructions, "use a number 8 and make it short all around." For 11.95, my requirements are very few. But I do expect an EVEN, symmetrical haircut. The stylists at this supercuts, if one can call them such (one had a greasy jerry curl), are horrendous: miserable attitudes, unhygienic, and completely inept. To make it even worse, they do not accept debit or credit cards. So much for the modern conveniences of 21st century. Hair will grow back, but if you want to look ridiculous for at least 3-4 weeks, come to the supercuts at 8103 Bandera. And don't forget to bring cash.
