VERY DISCUTED AND DISRESPECTED! My daughter was burnt and now has a permanent scar thanks to the eye brow "Master," Juan. We informed him and only offered to put ointment. As the skin worsened, I contacted the manager on duty, Priscilla(very rude, unprofessional, unethical and lack of morality) said, "I need to see your daughter!" (as if I lied) After we showed up, she was extremely rude to me didn't bother to apologize after seeing the obvious damage to my daughters eyelid in addition to the other eye as well; she said, I'll be right back and left us there 30 minutes waiting to come back with a clipboard of stack of papers to take down my daughters information and arrogant on top of that just turned around and left not informing me of anything else. In addition to not apologizing.. she didn't offer as a manger to refund our money, offer her skin treatment, or anything at all.. NEVER AGAIN WOULD I GO THERE AGAIN AND MUCH LESS ADVISE ANYONE TO VISIT THIS RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL, UNETHICAL AND LACK OF MORALITY AND PRINCIPALS THAT THIS POTHETIC PLACE HAS FOR SUCH A NICE AREA. I WILL MAKE SURE SUSAN YOUR DISTRICT MANAGER KNOW ABOUT YOU SUSAN AS WELL AS YOUR CORPORATE AND MS. CHAVEZ YOUR GM!!!!
This store has a very unfriendly customer service! Employees there as well as the store manager are just so ignorant. When several staffs passed by me as well as I looked at them in their eyes, I received no help and no greet at all while I was standing right there. Also, the staff was so picking on the returned items that came with my receipt, and must asked for a store manager to see whether they were acceptable or not for the refunds. What a lot of hassle! And they only take the coupons on drug store brands. I almost walked out with nothing. I don't think I'll return to this store again. I guess I'll order something online somewhere else for the better prices. Or I'll go back to Stone Oak location where they have a much better customer service.
It is almost impossible to get someone to help you over the phone if you need the Benefit counter. I had to call three times to get service yesterday and three times today, I needed to reschedule and was on hold for over 5 minutes each time....over 10 minutes this last time called. I was thinking I might have to go drive up there in person every time I need to make/reschedule/cancel brow appointments! I finally received assistance from Katherine to cancel/reschedule my brow appointment for me but anyone in customer service should know not to keep a customer on hold over 2 minutes without checking in. Benefit should have their own phone line. Other than that, the actual service at the brow bar is great and the salon always answers the phone, but the other reviews and this experience are making me want to go back to Benefit at Macy's/Sephora to get my brows done and shop for makeup.
Horrible customer service. Employees are lazy and don't want to help you, have flat attitudes, give you such a hassle for returns, and are rude over the phone (pass you around like a hot potatoe). The managers are just as awfull to deal with as the employees. I have never written a review for anything (negative or positive) in my LIFE. But in this case I am so disatisfied and upset that there is nothing I can do about the poor, poor service of my favorite store :(. The Ulta store in Stone Oak has wonderful customer service but is too far from my house, if it is reasonably close to you go to this one! Ulta HR please do something!!!
I don't even think it deserves a star. I wasn't greeted when I walked in the store, I wasn't asked if I needed help though other customers around me were getting help. I had a handful of items, walked by numerous employees and had to grab my own shopping bag. One of the employees even saw me heading towards the bag and didn't bother to help. I walked by numerous employees the whole time I was there and was NEVER ONCE asked if I needed help finding anything. I had a huge purchase planned but I walked out and didn't purchase a SINGLE thing. I will never go back to this location, which is a shame since it's very close to my home. I hope I don't receive this lack of service tomorrow when I go to a different location. I am extremely disappointed with this store.
