I made an appointment for myself and my mother for the following day. After giving my name they wanted my credit card details and told me if I cancelled I'd be charged $30 per person.. even if I notified them i couldn't make it! As a mother with young kids this is pretty ridiculous. Even if they're good, I'll never know..
I've been coming here since I was about 10 years old and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my haircuts. Recently the reception staff has not been awesome, but upstairs they are flawless.
My experience here was wonderful. I came in with no appointment and got my color done 10today minuets later. No wait at all. All the people there were wonderful and knew what they were doing. I will ONLY come here for mt hair for now on. I love albert luiz sugar land!
I'm new to the area and was in town square, I decided to get a haircut and was with my child. They took awhile to approach me and I was confused that I was even in the right place. After awhile they finally got me in for a haircut and made my child stay down stairs, she tried coming up stairs and they MADE her go back down stairs. No one offered me a drink, the consultation was not thorough, and my hair cut was not worth $65. The receptionist were not friendly. Bottom line I was not very happy.
I really like this place for it's charm and excellent service. People at the front are great. My stylist it's the best. Great valet parking All in all a great place
