Everyone there is very friendly and caring. One of the stylists sat with me and helped figure out what I exactly wanted done with my hair! And if you are EVER unhappy they will correct it - no problem. I love going to Hairplay and would recommend it to anyone!
Im writing this to the pervoius comment. That is a total and complete false statement. You received a professonial haircut in a professonial environment. We treated you with the up most respect. As far as Laurie treating you rudely, Laurie was trying to accomadate your needs as well as the stylist. You fail to mention that you are the one who brought your kids in with lice and its prohibited for us to work on them. As a salon, we felt that we should tell the truth about the situation.
