I found Allied Laser via a web search for Lightsheer, which is currently the best laser for this type of procedure. I did not purchase treatment from them because of their prices, but they happen to have by far the best prices I have seen anywhere outside of Miami or Los Angeles. The staff is very friendly and professional. It is a small office, and the atmosphere is very personal. Sussie did an amazing job on my first of five laser treatments. We also had a very wide-ranging intellectual conversation meanwhile. I highly recommend Allied Laser to anyone in the Washington, DC area considering this type of treatment. 5 stars!

This post is only a half truth. Michele got the last minute cancellation part right but forgot to mention that it was on a Sunday morning August 3rd at 9:00 AM. This time was beyond our normal operating hours, but we made this special appointment well in advance to accommodate her. I ended up having to pay the technician for the time she lost due to the last minute broken appointment. If we had more inconsiderate, thoughtless, irresponsible clients like Michele we might not have a medical practice. I wish her the best of luck trying to rescheduling last minute broken appointment on weekends in other doctors offices. Google should remove this derogatory reflection of my business ASAP. I called and made a reservation for a "consultation", had to cancel at the last minute (had an unexpected family issues), I called the office to let them know I couldn't make it and cancel the appointment. Two weeks later when I was able to reschedule, I called back and was told by the office staff I was not allowed to be scheduled! WHAT?! ... because I had canceled the appointment previously, they were directed to not reschedule me! I even called before the appointment to cancel? I never, have EVER heard of being denied an appointment or future business because I canceled an appointment! In a customer service based industry, where cash is king, I am shocked that I was told no when I called to reschedule. If I had stood them up, not called, not canceled, maybe... I would understand. But I did the right thing. Quite honestly, if he is doing so well that he doesn't need my hard earned cash, I feel much better about giving it to someone else anyway!
