My experience at the shop was great everyone was friendly. 2 days within my hair being done my Senegalese twist started coming out. I called them after two weeks of having my hair in because by that time most of the twist kept falling even if I'm walking they fall alone. I wanted to know how can I get my hair fixed, I was not trying to get my hair done for free. I wanted to make another appointment so they can do it and maybe give me a discount because I paid $200 and tipped each person who did my hair $25. When I called one girl told me it's ok if I come in now, when I spoke to the Pastor ( I am guessing he runs the place) he told me it's because my hair was pulled back to tight and I need to take a string and try and tighten my twist, I decided against coming because of what he said. I paid $200 for a "professional" to do my hair and now I have to make sure it stays in? I have gotten my hair done elsewhere before and I was able to actually do different styles with it. I only came to the shop because my mom and two sisters go there to get their hair braided. Needless to say they just lost 4 clients that will never come back because of what the man said. I will take this as a lost but I feel like this shop is only happy when you are paying, but if you have a complaint they all talk about you. I was not looking for a free hair do I just wanted to do my hair over again and maybe this time pay $160 instead of $200. I love supporting black owned businesses but this is why I do not because they only care about a customer when you are purchasing.
