I am VERY PICKY about my hair. I thought I had to go to an upscale Richmond salon to professionally go from black to blonde and get a sleek, stylish cut. So that's what I did. And I spent an embarrassing amount of money to end up with brittle, orange hair. I waited a few months for my hair to recover and, on a whim, walked into Shear Design. I am soooo grateful I did. Kim knew exactly what needed to be done to fix it. She gave me an amazing cut that was not just what I asked for, but was also the best solution for the texture of my hair. She then corrected the color with the precision of a surgeon. I can finally say I LOVE my blonde hair! It's got incredible low lights and highlights and no hint of red, LOL! It looks like I was born with this color and my husband loves it. I can't recommend her enough. She is skilled, knowledgeable and experienced... and she has a client for life! Thank you Kim!
