The ladies in here are so friendly! My husband is military, as I'm sure many of their clients are probably in the same circumstance. There have been many times when I've had to reschedule my appointment time at somewhat last minute and they've been so nice and helpful in getting that done. I've never had any issue with that. I've been to several of the girls in there for service, and they've all been wonderful. No complaints about anyone or anything I've experienced so far. They've all been super accomodating when I've been nervous/'squirmish' and have always been easy to talk to, which helps calm the nerves. If you've never experienced waxing of any sort, it can be painful of course. But, the ladies I've been to here have been noticeably trying their best to diminish any extra unpleasantness. I have sensitive skin as it is, and typically leave a waxing appointment with the obvious "she just got waxed" pink skin. But, I leave with no pain, which was a new experience for me from other places. They have even filled in my brows the way I do them before I leave to get them back to the darker color I shade them, which is nice and saves me from a touch up! I tried to leave as detailed a review as I could. If I needed to offer any advice to anyone wanting to come in, it's to get your appointment booked. They're very popular and often fill up for the day, so while it's possible to get a same day appointment/walk-in, you're much better off getting your choice of time with booking out even just to the next day. I'm new to the area and saw European Wax Center and decided to try it. It was awesome and definitely the quickest wax I've ever gotten (about 20 mins for Brazilian & underarms). Not to mention I got a discount since it was my first time.

I have been here twice for eyebrow waxing in the past two months. I must say that Annette is absolutely amazing, especially when it comes to eyebrows. I took a picture in for how I wanted my eyebrows to look and she completely nailed it and made my eyebrows look amazing. She works quickly to minimize pain and has excellent attention to detail. She even filled my brows in for me too before I left. I'm so thankful I found Annette and European Wax Center. I can't speak for the other waxing services they offer, but I'm sure they are great too.

GREAT PLACE... My waxer was very knowledgeable and kept me calm through the entire procedure being that it was my first time. I will definitely go again!!

I never go anywhwere but here. Mariah is supurb and did an amazing job with my hair removal and high anxiety ;) Would highly recommend to a friend or stranger!
