IF YOU VALUE YOUR HAIR do not come here. I go to college out of state and was home for an unexpected weekend. I always go to a different salon downtown that happened to be completely booked that weekend. I've been getting highlights for years, so I figured just a quick touch up for my roots was something that I could trust the Hair Cuttery, a salon that you would expect to have mediocre (at least) stylists to do. I was wrong. The stylist that I was assigned to turned my dark blonde/gold hair PLATINUM BLONDE. She bleached it. Hair that was close to dirty blonde, to almost white blonde. Along with the awful coloring job, she cut nearly 2 inches off of my hair when it was supposed to be less than 1. SO with two inches cut and a horrifying color after 3 long hours in the salon, I was $130 short, and crying hysterically. I didn't even ask her to fix it because I figured if she couldn't even touch up my roots, God only knows what kind of hell she would unleash while trying to fix it. Thankfully, I went to my real salon in tears, and they hugged me and were able to put in a glaze and deep conditioner to make the color less intense and attempt to salvage my fried hair. Regardless, my hair is ruined, and I will never EVER return to this awful salon again.

Went to get my kids hair cut for the first time, had one coupon for a free cut, when we walked in they treated us like crap acted like they didn't want to be there and didn't want to cut anyone's hair. The lady cutting my daughter's hair asked me what I wanted done than when I showed her the coupon and asked whatever is on this, she than asked well do you want it blow dry, washed, etc. like she didn't want to! Poor costumer service. will not come back here again!!

Good place for getting a quick haircut.

I came at a slow time and it still took a while to get my hair cut. I only wanted a trim and the lady butchered my hair and cut it too blunt and messed up my bangs. She didn't even ask me what I wanted done and now I look so horrible I have been avoiding going out in public. I just needed a quick trim and thats the only reason I came in. Service was horrible, but eyebrow waxing was alright. They even charged me 10 dollars extra for a 'long hair' charge. And the lady didn't even ask me if I liked it or anything. Waste of money.

I LOVE OKSANA!!! I have read the reviews that others have left, and yes there are some inexperienced people who work there but there is one by the name of OKSANA. She will make you feel so beautiful, very easy to talk to and she makes sure that what you are getting is what you like. She is the only person I trust with my hair. I have gone to expensive saloons and came out with nothing changed and paying over 150. It was crazy and then I tried something new, I am never going back. She is great at perms, coloring, cutting, and just trying something new. She is awesome I recommend her to everyone. But if you don't like her working style at first, please give her another try it is very special bond that you must have with your hair dresser and sometimes after the first time it doesn’t always happen. They have to get a feeling for your hair and you have to get a use to them and their technique. We are all individuals and we all like something that another person might not.
