Worst service, terrible. please do not go here. I showed up to the salon and they were pushy salesgirls from the start. No thank you just doesn't work here. I get put in a chair in front of a woman. she looks confused and just touches each of my fingers over and over and staring at me.. not doing my nails. she sits back and stares at me. I'm not very confrontational so i just waited politely. without saying a word this woman gets up and walks away. A few minutes later another woman comes and starts my nails without a word or even a look at me. I just decided to just let it go. not a big deal. Once she started with her torture drill things went downhill. I've been to many nail salons in my life and have never been hurt at all.. let alone in terrible pain... This woman filled right through my acrylic and down to my real nail.. (i was getting a nail fill done) i thought she would stop there but she dug the file into each nail bed, I pulled back gasping with almost each nail. I should have walked out then but I thought she would get the hint that OWWW it hurts A LOT. I have tattoos.. and this hurt way worse. When she was done with the filing i took a look at my nails. Where my real nail showed was bright red raw skin. It was terrifying. I'm sure my nails will ever be the same again, not to mention the not so sanitary looking box she grabbed the file from. Back to the point... Not only was there pain but my nails looked horrible in the end. Her nail brush left me with tons of tiny hairs that she did not remove but just covered with globs of nail polish. her work was sloppy and the polish is all over my skin. She also filed my nails diagonally?? Its very strange.. they're all at a weird angle. She also bumped the polish more than once, she would not fix them when she noticed, but would look up to see if i had noticed. When i was about to go to the drying table she looked at my nails and cut off some of my real nail without a word! It was so close to my cuticle. I was very surprised. After shooing me away, not even helping with my purse or jacked to the table, I was left alone to silently punishing myself for setting foot in the door. While waiting I noticed a woman in the back getting her nails done by someone else wincing and yelling "ow! too hard." I'm so glad I left with all my fingers in tact. I was already planning not to tip and just sign it off as a terrible experience except when i was charged extra for "shortening my nails."To my understanding this is included and I have never been charged extra before.. I feel like she just gave herself a tip. I paid and left while she sat with her hand out waiting for her tip. Yeah right sista! I have never written a review for anyone other than for great service. I am not a person to complain ever, but I just want people to know what they're getting themselves into. If you love your fingers to pound for days, by all means give it a try!!! I could not get the woman's name that did my nails, she did not speak English very well (which is totally fine), so just beware of the one with bangs!!!! i hope this helps

I received a Gift Card to USA Nails for my Birthday. I visited the nail salon Friday Morning March 20th. When I first arrived I received I asked for a regular Pedicure and eyebrow wax. I first got my eyebrows done a rep and then afterwards Tiffany a nail took me to get a pedicure. I sat down in the chair Tiffany the nail tech asked if Would rather like a spa pedicure and I politly declined. She quickly offered that she would give me the service for $5 off for a total of $45 dollors. I agreed and she begin. Into the middle of my pedicure she said sorry I can not do the pedicure for you $5 off anymore and charge you full price. There was nothing I could do since she already started. That was the first issue. The 2nd issue was when she completed the service and gave me the total for all of the service I handed her my gift card plus my credit card since my gift card didnt fully cover the whole expense. She asked how much I would be tipping and I said 20%. She wanted to know if I could give her more than that and was stunned that she said that. I said no and gave her my credit card. She then asked if I had cash and I said no here is my credit card then pointed to the credit card icon that was listed on her door and said you can take this. She then asked if could go to the bank and pull out cash and again I was stunned but still said no. There was no trouble with their credit card machine she just wanted cash and also more than 20% tip. I left the nail salon and went home. 3 hours after my service I checked out my nails to make sure they were dry which they were. I put on a pair of loose fitting flats and noticed right after puttting them on my nails got messed up. I was on my way to a family reunion and did not have time to get my nails redone at the moment. I called Tiffany and complained. I asked her if she would provide me with a gc for at least 1/2 of the service so I could come back another time and get my nail color redone. She said no and kept arguing with me. I asked to speak with her manager and she said that they were not in today. I kept asking her what she could do since the service I received was not up to par. She said a comment to me that was very rude "The amount of time you have been arguing with me about your nails you would have had time to come up there to get them fixed" then hung up on me. All i asked was for 1/2 the service to be redone at another time but to provide I just wanted a gc so I could come up since I did not have time after my appoitment.
